Our House Cleaning Check list


No matter where you are in the lower mainland, you want to know that your maid service is coming into your home and providing you with a deep clean. Perfection clean will provide deep cleaning based on the following checklist:


Bathrooms

  1. Sink cleaned, disinfected and rinsed

  2. Tub and/or shower tiles cleaned, disinfected and rinsed

  3. Chrome fixtures shined and cleaned

  4. Toilet base, rim, inside and outside disinfected and wiped

  5. Vanity top cleaned and items organized

  6. Towels changed

  7. Mirrors cleaned

  8. Windows

  9. Window sills wiped down

  10. Trash emptied

  11. Baseboards dusted and wiped

  12. Vacuum and mop and dry floor

  13. Spot wipe walls

  14. Switch plates wiped and disinfected

  15. Light fixtures

  16. Vents/ heating boards

  17. Shine toilet paper holder any linen holder

  18. Doorknobs

  19. Cabinet fronts washed and wiped

Kitchen

  1. Counter tops and back splash cleaned

  2. Cabinet fronts washed and wiped

  3. Sinks scrubbed and disinfected

  4. Floor vacuumed and mopped and dried

  5. Outside of appliances (oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top)

  6. Microwave inside and out

  7. Small appliances wiped

  8. Window sills cleaned

  9. Windows

  10. Baseboards dusted and wiped

  11. Spot wipe walls

  12. Switch plates

  13. Trash emptied

  14. Dishes washed

  15. Wash and dust table and chairs

  16. Light fixtures

  17. Vents/ heating boards

  18. Doorknobs

Bedrooms

  1. Carpets vacuumed

  2. Beds made

  3. Linens changed (If client wants)

  4. All areas wiped – on top, on front and underneath

  5. Picture frames wiped

  6. Mirrors cleaned

  7. Window sills cleaned

  8. Windows

  9. Spot wipe walls

  10. Light switch plates

  11. Trash emptied

  12. Baseboards dusted and wiped

  13. Lampshades dusted

  14. Light fixtures

  15. Fan

  16. Vent/ heating boards

  17. Doorknobs

  18. All furniture polished
